Naming the Fruit Fly Connectome

A team recently finished mapping the full connectome of a male fruit fly's brain. People have been having some twisted fun with this dataset, doing things like making it play minecraft or feeding bad apple into its visual cortex. I have to say I think this is pretty evil and I don't want to live in the mmacevedo future. Observing that this is not the fly connectome but the connectome of a specific fly, and observing that people tend to be nicer to things with names, I suggest that these fly connectomes should be given names. I suggest they should be named after the lead researchers who had them scanned to encourage good behavior.
